Castlemaines’ sire Vympel was bred at Tersk, and is a representative of the Amurath line, out of the Mammona family. Vympels dam Molva was considered one of Aswan 's best daughters. Castlemines dam Kostroma was a bay mare by Muscat , he's the first horse to achieve the "Triple Crown", being a clean sweep of Scottsdale , the Canadian Nationals and the U.S. Nationals. Muscat 's dam Malpia was regarded as one of Mammona's most important daughters. We are exhibiting Castlemaine this season, and expect great things from him.
