- This website was created and is maintained by Shannon Simon. All content and/or images are produced by me (Shannon Simon) unless otherwise stated in the Credits at the bottom of this page.
- All "Pedigree Assignment" content is also to the respectful owners and cannot be used without their written permission. Much time has gone into the research each individual has done. Therefore the names of all model horses and their pedigrees on this site must be used with permission and can be granted through each individuals website.
- Any real horses named are marked by having their name followed by a -r or a ® and are listed here merely for the purpose of entertainment purposes and education.
- Images on the "AuSable Collection" pages and the "Stallion Showcase" and "Mare Motel" pages' are copyrighted by the people owning the websites to which they are linked and are used with their permission. I respect their copyrights and ask my visitors to do the same by not copying and/or pasting them to their own websites without the copyright owners’ prior permission.

- The AuSable Collection & Stallion Showcase will under no circumstances, give, sell, rent, loan, or lease your information/email to second or third parties. All and any information gathered and/or given is strictly confidential.
- I will however, with YOUR permission, post on the "AuSable Collection" or "Stallion Showcase" pages, under your model horses’ ad, your name or farm name, state you are located in, website and/or email address.
- I am not responsible for the loss of any photos, information, etc. that you provide to The AuSable Collection & Stallion Showcase. Once you have sent pictures or information to me, I reserve the right to use them on this website and/or brochures/banners that advertise the website and our stallions/mares without further consent from the owner. I will not publish your photos other than on this website, and I will not sell, copy, or otherwise misuse your photos in any way.
- Otherwise, email addresses are not shared with any second or third parties whatsoever.
- Because of COPPA regulations [visit COPPA], I do not accept applications from any persons under the age of 18 for my breeding "Pedigree Assignment" programs. I will also not answer emails from children 18 years old or under.

* These horses are model horses, not real horses. Any mention of real horses is representing the model's sire/dam and are for educational and research purposes only. Any resemblance to a real horse is not intended. Exceptions though would be portrait models done by either Breyer, Peter Stone or customized by another artist, in which case the name of that horse will NOT be used for the model.
* Real horses names will be followed with a –r or ®.
* The AuSable Collection does not take responsibility for information sent to you by other people. If you contact me saying I gave your information out, it is simply not true. (See my privacy statement.)
* The AuSable Collection is also not responsible for the content of any of the off-site links. I do my best to keep up with these on a regular basis and make sure that their content is the same and that there are no broken links. But I cannot take responsibility for them.
